Chocolate Krinkle Cookies

½ cup veg. oil

4 sq. unsweetened choc (melted)

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

½ tsp salt

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup confectioners sugar

Mix oil, choc. sugar and vanilla. Blend in one egg at a time, stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill over night. Drop by teaspoon into confectioner sugar. Cover with sugar, then roll into a ball. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
